Course Description

Pursuing a “follow the money” theory, the IRS has increased the number of Large Business & International (LB&I) audits.  This webinar will focus on the ins and outs of the IRS’s LB&I examination process and their approach to auditing large taxpayers. The presenter, Jorge Diaz, will also discuss various options for taxpayers to pursue resolutions.  Finally, this webinar will discuss the IRS’s latest attempt to audit partnerships with the Bipartisan Act.
